Chief Executive Officer

With years of experience in software development and leadership roles, Srinivas combines technical know-how with managerial insight to steer teams toward innovation and excellence. Under his guidance, the company remains committed to quality, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Rahul Kiran Kranthi Chanti
Managing Director
Rahulkiran Kranthi Chanti brings over 12 years of expertise in corporate governance, holding leadership responsibilities as Director and Designated Partner across multiple organizations. He is currently associated with 10 companies including Yotta Techports Private Limited and Radifresh Agros Private Limited, where he contributes to strategic growth and business development.
He also worked with companies such as Yotta Techports and Sam India Local Private Limited and has been actively involved across diverse verticals. His core professional interests span technology and general business, where he continues to play a key role in building operational efficiency and corporate value.
Venkat Sajjanapu
Chief Architect
With over 20 years of experience, he is a seasoned Software Director of Engineering and Architecture with deep expertise in building large-scale enterprise systems and leading high-performance engineering teams. He has extensive knowledge in application modernization, digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile development, and advanced GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG, guardrails, and vector search. Skilled in architecting cloud platforms on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, he specializes in scalable SaaS/PaaS solutions, cost optimization, and platform engineering across diverse industries such as finance, e-commerce, education, and enterprise technology.
He has strong leadership capabilities in driving Agile engineering culture, optimizing performance, and managing complex cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and data engineering initiatives. His certifications include Azure Solution Architect, AWS Solution Architect Professional, IBM SOA, Agile Scrum Master, and multiple advanced cloud credentials. With a background spanning microservices, cloud-native architectures, AI platforms, DevOps, and enterprise analytics, he continues to guide engineering organizations toward innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.
Manasa Alladi
Chief financial Officer
Manasa Alladi is a seasoned full-stack developer with strong expertise in software development, cloud migration, and project delivery. She currently works at Yotta Tech Ports Inc, where she has held roles including Full-Stack Developer, Delivery Lead, and Technology Project Manager. Over her career, she has overseen multiple project deliveries using Agile/Scrum methodologies, managed globally distributed teams, and led initiatives to migrate applications to the cloud (AWS).
Prior to Yotta, Manasa served as a Java Developer at Brainyway Solutions India Pvt Ltd, gaining a strong foundation in backend development and enterprise-scale projects. Her background reflects a blend of technical versatility, leadership in software delivery, and experience managing complex applications — making her a valuable contributor to any engineering and cloud-migration initiative.
Prasanna Godugu
India Head – VP
Prasanna Godugu currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Yotta Tech Ports Inc, where he leads engineering strategy and delivery across complex projects. Prior to this, he gained experience in significant roles at several companies including IBM, Magna Infotech, and Goldstone InfoSystems — building a strong foundation in software architecture, development and system design.
With a Master’s degree from Osmania University, Prasanna combines academic grounding with real-world tech leadership. At Yotta Tech Ports, he is part of the core leadership team driving innovative solutions, modern cloud-based architectures, and high-performance engineering practices to meet client needs and business growth.
Avinash Badhrayan

Avinash Badhrayan is a seasoned technology leader based in the Greater Richmond Region, with many years of experience building and scaling IT solutions for global clients. He has played a key role in driving strategy and delivery at YottaTech Ports Inc, focusing on reliable, high‑quality software and services that help businesses modernize and grow.
In his leadership role, Avinash brings together strong technical depth and practical business insight, guiding teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost‑effective digital platforms.
